We're thrilled to bring this dynamic loft to market in the revered Reservoir Lofts!
So, what're we most excited about?
To start, it's a corner unit that faces Southwest and Northwest so the lighting throughout is amazing. The windows are oversized providing the entire place with an open, airy feeling. The ceiling height in the main living area is 19.5 feet (we measured) with two exposures. It's not just a wall of windows, it's a corner wall of windows!
There's also the lofted area which would be perfect as a home office, area for yoga or lounge spot to read a book or two.
Moving to the kitchen! The kitchen offers gas cooking, nice wood cabinets with ample storage and a sink in the island that connects to the dining and living room without being in either space.
We all know how people tend to gather in the kitchen when entertaining and this will offer seamless flow.
The dining area is the perfect size and features two huge windows. Even though you could have your home office in the loft, you may end up doing work from the dining room instead.
No first floor would be complete without a bathroom which is strategically placed in the far corner of the home so as to provide privacy by not being directly off of the living space. A Jack and Jill door setup offers the first floor bedroom the option of an en-suite bathroom for ease of hosting guests. This bathroom has a walk-in shower so perfect for guests.
There is a nice deck off of the downstairs bedroom which offers a great outdoor space for guests or for you, if you don't feel like walking upstairs to your large corner roof deck.
A central staircase will bring you to the second level which houses the unique master suite. There are four open 'windows' overlooking the living room that connect you with the double height space for a very cool sense of volume. These could easily be enclosed with glass or shutters, or walled off to offer complete privacy from the lower level. An oversized deck is off of this bedroom and offers treetop views to the West. It is large enough for a table, chairs and a couch or two. Just picture yourself having a bite up here in the warm summer evenings or a cocktail with friends.
A master suite wouldn't be complete without an en-suite bathroom and this home doesn't disappoint. A tubbed shower, stacked laundry and large vanity round off the upstairs.
